Doesn’t look like the “all-in-one” preamp/processor I’ve been writing/begging for about in the old forums. I’ve got a Marshall 9200 Power Amp that needs a new partner in sonic madness!
Damage Control is really good at delay pedals and I hope this is a new delay pedal.
It looks like it might be what people have been asking for. Somethng with the sound of the timeline but in a more user friendly sized pedal that will easily fit into a pedalboard setup.
If the people who bought the Eventide Timefactor, the Empress Superdelay and the Line 6 DL4 were not so worried about the size and shape of the Timeline, theu would have obviously bought one instead of any of those pedals because the Timeline sounds far superior to any of them.
The Timeline retained the pure analog signal while adding in the digital effects and this is one of many things that made it’s design and sound far superior to the other pedals offering similar results.
If this pedal is anything like the Timeline but has the footprint of an Eventide Timefactor or Empress Superdelay, I think these are going to be the next standard delay pedal that you see on everyone’s board for the next several years. Like the DL4 was in the early 2000′s.
Good luck with everything guys. I hope you make the next industry standard delay and echo pedal that surpases all expectation. Keep the analog signal of the instrument alive in your pedal desings!

No more delay pedals…more direct out devices please!!! With tubes! The Demonizer has replaced the need for me to buy a new Mesa, Engl or otherwise.

@ Dan, you took the words right out of my mouth!
@ DC/Strymon crew – Do you guys have a clearly defined concept of where Strymon ends and Damage Control begins?
